This online course focuses on positive negotiation. Why? Well, we have all heard of the 'Win-Win Idea': the challenge is achieving the desired win-win outcome. This course will provide you with many practical tips and tactics that can be applied to a variety of situations. You will feel more confident and be more decisive in difficult negotiations, and thus achieve better results.

This e-Learning programme comprises six instructional modules that include videos in which our expert Hans Verheijke shares his expertise with you. The corresponding presentation documents can be downloaded and printed. There is also a workbook with exercises and additional background information. You will be awarded a certificate on completing all the modules. You can print this out directly. The e-Learning programme should be concluded within three months.
